Qualified applicants must be:

• Low-income under the income limits for 2020 guidelines
• 18 years of age and over must meet credit and criminal criteria
• A total of unmet credit can not exceed $2,500 or five accounts in collection

Subsidized monthly rent and application fees.

Village East is a project-based Section 8 and tax credit complex. When residents leave Village East, they do not take the Section 8 voucher with them. Please call leasing office for specific information about waiting list, time frame, and application completion procedures.

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. closed for lunch and weekends.
