The Community Connections Resource Directory is created for use by professionals who administer to the needs of children, young people and adults in San Joaquin County. It is also used by staff members at institutions of higher education who work with students facing barriers to academic achievement, and many others interested in the vast wealth of resources offered in San Joaquin County.
Hard copies of the Directory are available through the San Joaquin Delta College CalWORKs program at a cost of $20 each. If you wish to have the directory mailed, there is an additional cost of $5.75 per directory. To request a copy of the latest edition, please complete the order form in the link provided.
