Stocktonians Taking Action to Neutralize Drugs (STAND) is a grassroots organization dedicated to the elimination of drug abuse in our community through outreach efforts and community program referrals. Neighborhood clean up for senior citizens and holiday youth activities are also available. STAND reaches out to help other groups wishing to stop drug abuse in their communities.
