St. Josephs Cancer Institute (SJCI) is the only accredited cancer program in San Joaquin County. SJCI includes a dedicated inpatient oncology department and state-of-the-art radiation therapy.
In addition, St. Joseph’s provides cancer support groups and support for patients and families dealing with cancer. This includes a 6-week cancer survivng and thriving class, free medically-supervised exercise program to assist with fighting fatigue, gaining stamina, and more.
The Navigator Program is available to help anyone with cancer navigate through the journey of cancer from just receiving the news that the biopsy was positive, through the tests, procedures, treatment, follow-up, and long-term survivorship. This program is free to anyone whether newly diagnosed or experiencing a recurrence. Please call (209) 939-4526 or email SJCancerInfo@dignityhealth.org.
All support services are no charge to anyone dealing with a cancer diagnosis in our community.
