Power Hour and Sugar Fix Support Group at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton are free community health programs open to any San Joaquin County resident, with no insurance or referral required. These programs are designed for individuals managing prediabetes or diabetes. Participants will gain knowledge, skills, and confidence from a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) to improve health outcomes and quality of life.

Sugar Fix program offers support to help individuals keep their glucose levels in a healthy range. Please call to register.

Join the Sugar Fix group for informative presentations and support through the highs and lows of one's journey with diabetes. Sessions are free and open to all; caregivers and family members are welcome.
