Healthy Families San Joaquin provides in-home and virtual visits with a Family Support Specialist. This evidence-based program focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships and interactions. Pregnant and parenting families can receive health education and support on a variety of topics including pregnancy, infant health and safety, child development and milestones, immunizations and breastfeeding resources.
