Mountain View Townhomes is a Visionary Home Builders of California project. This is a low-income housing complex for low-income families unable to pay the average cost to rent a home in Tracy. There are units available depending on the size of the household. There is a waiting list at this time with an average wait of three to four years. Interested families must stop in to complete an application and verify eligibility.
