Marquis Place is a Visionary Home Builders of California housing project. This is a new multiple-family housing development that provides 21 affordable living units to low-income families. Several of the units offer ADA accessibility and adaptability. All of the units feature energy efficiency through the latest technology in insulation, windows, heating and cooling systems.
