Grant Village Townhomes is a Visionary Home Builders of California housing project. Depending on family size and income requirements, low-income families can rent apartments with Section 8 housing or other government program funds. Grant Village is one of several low-income apartments that features two, three and four bedroom units with backyards. A Head Start Center is on-site.
