Eligibility

Families visiting people with AIDS or other life-threatening illnesses or trauma. Guests must be temporary visitors from outside the Bay Area.

Fees

Suggested donation: $30 per night, per room

Services

Family Link is a guest house that serves families that come to San Francisco from around the world to visit and care for loved ones with a life threatening illness or traumatic injury.

Family Link provides:

• Clean, safe accommodations (six private rooms, two twin beds per room)
• Support in a home-like environment
• Referrals to community resources
• A central Castro District location
• Opportunity to meet other visiting families

Plan to arrive before 8:00 p.m. in the evening when first arriving. Advance registration is required.
