Services

San Joaquin Treatment & Education for Everyone on Teeth and Health (SJ TEETH) provides assistance to families with children to improve oral health. A care coordinator will assist with identifying and selecting a dentist and secure dental appointments. Funded by First 5 San Joaquin Children and Families Commission.

Oral health services available through Medi-Cal include:

• Exams and x-rays
• Screening for cavities
• Cleaning
• Fluoride treatment and sealants
• Fillings and crowns
• Root canals
• Braces
• Appliances to replace missing teeth

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
