Services

Help Me Grow Call Center provides developmental and social-emotional screenings of children from birth to 5 years old, makes referrals based on the child's needs and conducts follow-ups. Uses the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), a nationally recognized model. Services provided by a Community Resource Specialist.

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
