El Concilio California is one of the contracted case management agencies for the CalWORKs program. Located at three sites throughout San Joaquin County, El Concilio provides case management services to CalWORKs participants that include, but are not limited to, referrals to community agencies, supportive services such as child care, transportation, book vouchers, etc.
