Subsidized monthly rent and application fees (credit, background check and holding fee).

Community of All Nations is a family low-income apartment complex subsidized by the federal governments Department of Housing and Urban Development and a Visionary Home Builders community.

Depending on family size and income requirements, low income families can rent an apartment through Section 8 housing or other government program funds. Please call apartment manager for specific information about waiting list, time frame and application completion procedures.
