The San Joaquin Bridge Academy, launched in 2016 by the Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin (CPFSJ) and the Human Services Agency, helps residents achieve financial self-sufficiency through career training and education. It operates as a vital component of CPFSJ's network of Family Resource Centers, offering specialized support to break the cycle of generational poverty in San Joaquin County.

The Bridge Academy's mission is to empower families and promote financial stability through targeted education, career training, and resources. It provides an eighteen month employment training, education pathways, and support services to help participants secure better jobs.
