Basic requirements: good standing credit, 1 year of work history with a minimum of 3 months of current consecutive paycheck stubs, 2 years of rental history and must earn a minimum of two times the amount of rent.
Chesapeake Bay Apartments offers both regular Market Apartments & Affordable Housing Apartments to lower-income families that meet state requirements.
They maintain a wait list of 100 names and call in order from that list. When the list is exhausted they re-open and begin a new wait list. Currently the wait list is closed.
