Rent and a maximum income ceiling set by the state and adjusted yearly. These amounts are based on family size. Basic requirements are listed below:

• Good standing credit
• One year of work history with a minimum of three months of current consecutive paycheck stubs
• Two years of rental history
• Earn a minimum of two times the amount of rent

Processing fee per adult $25 (anyone over the age of 18).

Chesapeake Bay Apartments offers both regular market and affordable housing apartments to lower-income families that meet state requirements. A waitlist of 100 names is maintained and families are called in order. The waitlist is currently closed.

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., closed Sunday.
