Centre Plate Farms Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) is a organic produce bag program that allows customers to purchase locally grown and sourced seasonal fruits and vegetables. CSA provides educational classes and nutritional presentations to the community.

Centre Plate also provides these services:

• Health education services
• Exercise and dance classes (Yoga for Health, Zumba, African Dance, Running, Drumming)
• Gardening and farming classes
• Cooking demonstrations

CSA is committed to helping provide sustainability for years to come and create a healthy eating lifestyle for everyone. Educational class topics include high blood pressure, diabetes and colon health.
