Anchor Village will provide supportive affordable housing to low-income families and individuals, with preference given to veterans at risk of homelessness and individuals living with mental illness. This apartment complex consists of 51 units and approximately 8,000 SF of ground floor community servicing space. To address the unique needs of this population, the project will include an on-site property manager and supportive services. Comprehensive social services will be administered by San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services. Anchor Village is located near several amenities and the Downtown Transit Center and will be designed to LEED Silver standards and exceed Title 24 by at least 15%.
