The first ever San Joaquin County online resource guide, referral and volunteer system built to put resources in the hands of those who need them. From Nonprofits to those in need--and even those who have something to give, Community Connections SJC has the ability to connect us all, in one, simple to use web-based system.

For well over 15 years, the staff of the San Joaquin Delta College CalWORKs program have been committed to addressing the needs and barriers of their students to assist them in being successful students, parents, employees and citizens. To that end, for approximately 14 years, they have developed, produced and annually updated the Community Connections Resource Directory for the entire San Joaquin County and have seen it expand to serve the needs of everyone, not just their students. With over 700 resources, this directory has been the premiere directory in the county and has been a coveted resource by local social service agencies, government organizations, educational institutions and community-based organizations.

Community Connections is intended to provide information and resources regarding non-profit, government, social service, community based and educational institutions. Our community standards are such that we do not list resources that offer a solicitation or are strictly for-profit.
