Valley Community Counseling Services (VCCS) is a private, non-profit corporation providing a variety of counseling, therapy and educational services to county residents. Services are provided to individuals, families, couples, and groups. Consulting and training is also available. VCCS offers a no-cost child trauma treatment program for children who have been victims of sexual and/or physical abuse and children who have been traumatized by living in domestic violence homes or homes where there has been drug abuse. Services are also available for their families. The agency operates a domestic violence and anger management program. They also offer counseling to people with substance abuse problems including those who have received DUI tickets, both self-referred and court-referred.
