Eligibility
Preschools enroll children living within Tracy Unified School District boundaries who turn four by December first and meet one or more of the high need criteria identified by First 5 of San Joaquin.

Building Literacy Together provides:
Health insurance and developmental screening for preschool children
Raising a Reader family literacy program
Summer kindergarten bridge programs which also include health insurance screening and developmental screening
Parent workshops and family learning events on various school readiness topics
