Must be:

• Between 16 and 25 years old
• Live in San Joaquin County
• Have Medi-Cal with Health Plan of San Joaquin

Services are offered to those exhibiting the following early warning signs:

• Family history of psychosis (parent/sibling)
• Drops in functioning
• Social withdrawal
• Decreased expression of emotions/ideas

None

Telecare Early Intervention Recovery Services offers the following outpatient support:

• Individual therapy and supportive services to establish educational and vocational goals
• Health and wellness services
• Psychiatric medication
• Group services and other family support groups
• Mental health education

Services are offered for up to two years with one year follow-up, depending on goals and participation.

Office: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 24-hours per day, 7 days per week on-call support to participants in the program.
