Stockton Art League is an enthusiastic group of people who are interested in and enjoy the world of art. The membership includes professional, semi-professional, and amateur artists, and people who just enjoy their programs and exhibitions. They provide or promote programs, workshops, classes, and activities that will stimulate growth in individual members and that will encourage the exchange of ideas between members. They provide or promote mutual cultural exchange with other organizations concerned with the creative arts and with the community at large. They aid in the building of art appreciation in San Joaquin County. They provide opportunities for exhibitions of works of arts and crafts for members, both as individuals and as a group.
