Doctor Up Your Meal (DUYM) provides cooking demonstrations and sampling of recipes. Sessions include:

Doctor and Dietician led education
Live cooking demonstration, food sampling, recipes
Tips on how to eat healthy on a budget
Meal ideas to improve conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, others, and to promote wellness
