Doctor Up Your Meal (DUYM) provides cooking demonstrations and sampling of recipes. Sessions include:

  • Doctor and Dietician led education
  • Live cooking demonstration, food sampling, recipes
  • Tips on how to eat healthy on a budget
  • Meal ideas to improve conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, others, and to promote wellness

Last Wednesday of every month at 3:00 p.m.
