Eligibility

Black and African-American pregnant and parenting women, age 16 years and older, and up to six months postpartum.

Services

Black Infant Health is designed to encourage and support a healthy pregnancy, healthy newborn, and women’s health. Twenty group intervention sessions are provided (ten sessions prenatally, ten sessions postpartum), as well as complementary case management.

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
