Free counseling for pre-delinquent youth, ages 10 to 18 years old.

Crossroads involves a spectrum of interventions tailored to the needs of the individual youth and his or her family. The program's primary focus is to effectively address the needs of pre-delinquent youth, ages 10 to 18 and their families, in an effort to prevent escalation of behavior to the juvenile justice system.

The driving goals of the program are as follows:

• Reduce the rate of truancy and curfew violations
• Increase school attendance and improve academic performance
• Strengthen the family unit
• Improve self image
• Reduce contact with the criminal justice system and overall arrest rate
• Assist youth in becoming independent and successful
