Services

Weatherization Program offers the following energy saving measures and repairs:

• Minor housing repairs
• Glass replacement
• Attic venting
• Low-flow shower head
• Ceiling insulation
• Caulking
• Door weather strip
• Duct wrap
• Microwave and refrigerator exchange
• And much more.

While there are no fees charged to landlords, the landlord must be willing to agree not to increase the tenant’s rent due to the improvements.

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
