Free Small Claims Clinic – San Joaquin County

The Small Claims Clinic, hosted by the San Joaquin County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Services, provides assistance for individuals with small claims cases in San Joaquin County. This free clinic meets every second Thursday of the month at the Troke Library and offers basic guidance on how to file a case and which forms to use. Reservation is required.

Although legal advice is not provided, Small Claims Advisors answer questions and help participants understand the process to move forward with confidence.
