Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency providing affordable, low-cost counseling services to the Greater Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville areas. Life Practice Counseling Center offers a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment that promotes self-awareness, insight, growth, empowerment, and healthy decision-making.
Counseling services are available for individuals, couples, families, children, and teens, with day, evening, and weekend appointments offered. Licensed Therapists and Therapists in Training are supervised by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker while completing licensure requirements. Sliding-scale fees are available for both Therapists in Training and Licensed Therapists and are based on monthly income or ability to pay. Services are currently offered in English and Spanish.
Life Practice Counseling Group provides Trainee, Associate, and Licensed Therapists experienced in individual, couple, marriage, child, and group counseling. Services include parenting and co-parenting support, emotional regulation, divorce and blended family counseling, addiction and recovery support, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, LGBTQ+ support, relationship concerns, domestic violence, anger management, victim support, and court-ordered counseling.
Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. By appointment only, no walk-ins.
