Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency offering affordable and low cost counseling to the Greater Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville areas. Life Practice Counseling Center provides a safe, comfortable, and confidential counseling environment to facilitate self-awareness and increase insight to achieve growth, empowerment, freedom, and healthy choices.
Counseling is available to individuals, couples, families, children and teens. Day, evening and weekend counseling sessions are offered. Both Licensed Therapists and Therapists in Training are supervised by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker while they are collecting hours to obtain their license. Two different sliding scales are offered, one to see a Therapist in Training and one to see a Licensed Therapist. All are based on monthly income or your ability to pay. Currently, counselors that can speak English and Spanish are available.
Life Practice Counseling Group offer professional Trainee, Associate and Licensed Therapists who are knowledgeable and skilled in providing counseling in a individual, marriage, couple, children or group setting. A few services are co-parenting/parenting, emotional regulation, divorce, blended families, addiction, living with addicts, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, LGBTQ, sex, infidelity, domestic violence, anger management, victims of crimes and court ordered.
