League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is a national organization whose primary objective is to ensure social, political, economic and educational rights for Hispanics living in the United States. LULAC’s mission is youth leadership and education. The local council provides college scholarships to qualifying individuals at the Annual Scholarship Dinner and sponsors an Annual Youth Leadership Conference.
