Visits are as patient and family require or request by the appropriate hospice team member. 24-hour on-call hospice nurse. Continuous care if a higher level of care is needed. All necessary medical supplies and equipment. Instruction and support in care giving. Respite care, support and practical help. Counseling and spiritual support, and grief support. Some workshops have a one time materials fee.
