Paid membership fee to support annual fashion show and fundraising projects for scholarships.
Haute Couture Societe provides workshops to their members, at a nominal cost, on various sewing, design and craft techniques. Bus trips to visit museums, designers and special events are offered. This organization also creates hospital gowns for Hospice of San Joaquin and makes chemo turbans for the American Cancer Society. This group meets at Danner Hall, San Joaquin Delta College located on Pacific Avenue in Stockton.
Award scholarships are offered to students pursuing careers in apparel design and/or fashion merchandising.
