Eligibility

Families with children from birth to 5 years old, residing in San Joaquin County. For Oral Health program, SJ TEETH provides services to children from birth to 20 years old.

Services

First 5 Programs provide early childhood development programs, school readiness, and referrals based on the child's needs.

Services include:

Developmental screening and appropriate referrals and follow-up
Home visitation services for school readiness to families
Training/coaching for IMPACT licensed child care providers

Hours

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
