El Concilio Preschool operates seven sites serving children from 12 weeks of age to 5 years. El Concilio serves low-to-moderate income families as well as migrant families within San Joaquin County and Contra Costa County. Each site offers a complete early childhood education program for children. Centers are licensed by the State of California and all instructors are certified in Early Childhood Education. Children from 6 weeks of age to kindergarten entry are served.
