El Concilio California services are designed to help individuals become self-sufficient and productive members of the community.
Services include: referrals to community services, immigration assistance, interpreting and translation, assistance completing personal documents, health care advocacy including Covered California, transportation services, legal services for seniors, child development, CalWORKs case management, health education and outreach, mental health services, alcohol and drug diversion programs.
