Coalition United for Families (CUFF) is a family resource center that exists to serve the identified and changing needs of families within Southeast Stockton and other designated areas. CUFF is part of the umbrella organization, the Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin.

The center is the home of the Community Partnership for Families' youth program. Staff and community members at the center focus on educational success, health and well being and neighborhood safety. Staff empower youth and families to become leaders, eliciting environmental change with the goals of student success in school, reduced obesity and decreased family and community violence. The center offers a computer lab, a mobile farmer's market, commodities (food program for seniors), Seniors Young at Heart, AB109 Re-Entry Program, AB109 Employment & Training Program, Youth Program, community coffee hour, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and more.
