Community Connections is one of the greatest social technology projects in the history of San Joaquin County. It has been a whirlwind of a project, but we set out with the continued mission to improve the lives of our fellow citizens. What started 15 years in the CalWORKs department at San Joaquin Delta College as a service to a small minority, has grown into a tool that is utilized by nearly every possible demographic.
Since launching the beta site in January 2014, Community Connections has served over 80,000+ people (as of December 2015). These individuals have utilized the resources in Community Connections over 205,000+ times.

All donations are tax deductible through the Community Connections fund with the Community Foundation of San Joaquin.
