San Joaquin Pride Center serves the diverse LGBT+ community in San Joaquin County and the surrounding areas by creating a safe and welcoming space, by providing resources that enrich body, mind and spirit, and by educating the public in tolerance and respect for all people within the LGBT+ community. They offer the following programs:
Cultural Sensitivity Trainings: The San Joaquin Pride Center offers Cultural Sensitivity Trainings throughout San Joaquin County and surrounding areas. If you have any questions or wish to schedule a training for your organization, please contact us.
Peer Groups: The San Joaquin Pride Center, located in Stockton, offers peer-led drop-in support groups for the LGBT+ communities throughout San Joaquin County. These groups provide opportunities for the LGBT+ community (including allies) to socialize, network and discuss issues and topics within a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. Counsel Support: The San Joaquin Pride Center offers free youth and adult individual, couple and family counseling sessions to support the community in improving their mental wellbeing. Please call the counseling coordinator to schedule an appointment.
