Ladies, young and life-experienced
My Sisters' Closet host quarterly/seasonal free community closet events where they collect gently used seasonally appropriate clothing for ladies aged 13+ and then they host the event in a boutique style where ladies can come and shop at no charge. They encourage sustainable shopping and so this is not only geared towards those who perhaps cannot afford to purchase new clothing but who just want to do better for the environment and utilize recycled fashion options.
