High school equivalency or high school diploma is required in order to enroll since July 1, 2012. Ability to Benefit (ABT) individuals 18 years of age of older that do not have a high school equivalency or high school diploma are still eligible only if they used financial aid before July 1, 2012, through an Ability to Benefit program at another college or school. A passed Ability to Benefit approved test has to be presented at time of enrollment to substantiate previous eligibility before July 1, 2012.
MTI Business College is nationally accredited by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and approved by the State of California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) to offer programs for students with a vocational objective as a goal. Financial assistance and school loans are available for those who are qualified. The school contracts with San Joaquin County WorkNet (WIA), California Human Development (CHD), North American Free Trade Agreement (TAA) and Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
