Services

Take Action provides the following services:

Housing mitigation and prevention
Counseling services for PTSD, drug and alcohol related issues, and anger management.

Hours

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 24-hours per day, 7 days a week crisis intervention available.
