Cocaine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve common problem and help others to recover from addiction.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all mind-altering substances.
There are no dues or fees for members, the group is fully self-supporting through contributions. It is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
The group does not wish to engage in any controversy and does not endorse nor oppose any causes.
The primary purpose is to stay free from cocaine and all other mind-altering substances, and to help others achieve the same freedom. Cocaine Anonymous uses the "Twelve-Step Recovery Program".

To be considered, you must have 30 days minimum drug and alcohol free. Must follow all house rules. Sobriety must remain the first priority in order to remain in the house. You must consent to random drug and alcohol tests at any time.
Corbin House Sober Living for Women is a women-only sober living home. This addiction treatment center provides the basic accommodations such as a bed, bed linens, personal item storage, secure medicine storage, towels, typical household furniture, toilet paper, and more. There are a maximum of 5 women allowed in the House, and are required to physically attend at least four AA, NA or Celebrate Recovery meeting every week.
Those who wish to participate have to work. If you do not currently have employment, then you must obtain employment. If, for some reason, you are unable to work, then you must either be going to school or you must volunteer in one or more Community Organizations.

Individuals abusing substances, prostitutes, ex-convicts and others who want to change their lives.
Delancey Street Foundation is a self-help residential education center for former substance abusers and ex-convicts. There are about 1,000 residents located in six facilities throughout the country: New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Los Angeles and San Francisco (headquarters).
Residents usually stay from two to four years and learn academic and vocational skills, along with interpersonal social survival skills. The mission is to have each individual learn the values and attitudes necessary to function in mainstream society, drug and crime-free.
Delta Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) provides all the necessary information on meetings, times and places for AA in the area. These can be found on the website, and in printed form at the central office. Various types of meetings are available, (both online, via Zoom, and in person) including open meetings, closed meetings for alcoholics only, men only and women only. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people of all ages, creeds, races, and socioeconomic backgrounds, who share their experience with each other to recover from alcoholism. Alcoholics Anonymous provides help to alcoholics 24-hours per day, 7 days per week by providing the helpline number. AA also provides presentations on its program of recovery to public or professional groups. Directions Medical Clinic (DMC) is a state-licensed medical clinic offering free pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, and education on all pregnancy options.
Directions Medical Clinic (DMC) has been serving south Sacramento and Joaquin County as a licensed medical clinic since 1996. No-cost limited early pregnancy services are provided to women facing an unplanned pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant we can help.

Other Support
A homeless individual, man or woman with or without children can get chapel services, food, emergency lodging, showers, hygiene, clothing, information and accessibility to their addiction programs. Different rules apply for men and women. Each case is treated individually.
Gospel Center Rescue Mission provides emergency lodging to families and individuals on an emergency basis. Clients will receive showers, dinner, breakfast, early wake-up calls for jobs, clothing when needed and program information. Gospel Center Rescue Mission also serves as a Representative Payee for those individuals receiving SSI benefits but are having difficulty administering their funds.
The Emergency Lodge Guest (ELG) Program is a great way to be introduced to the New Life Program (NLP). Many ELGs find that the NLP is a way out of homelessness.
For men and women (with children) with any addiction, domestic violence or human trafficking and other traumas along with life skills issues. A six month residence on campus is required. Successful completion of the first six months or first phase of New Life Program (NLP) may lead to another six month or second phase or more.
New Life Program provides three daily meals, housing, clothing, chapel services plus addiction counseling. A supportive environment is maintained to assist in the restoration and rebuilding of lives. The following topics are offered:
Homeless and/or addicted women and women with children up to age 17. Each case is reviewed on an individual basis.
New Hope Family Shelter (NHFS) offers shelter and related services for homeless single women, women with children, and those with or without substance abuse problems.
Programs within the NHFS provide counseling and processing, coping skills, parenting skills, anger management, boundaries, relapse prevention, ACE classes, chapel, budgeting/money management, nutrition, personal hygiene and job readiness. New Hope also features an 80/20 percent savings plan to help families save money for their own home.

Hope Family Shelter provides shelter for families who are homeless in the Manteca area. There is an application process involved for eligibility. Coordination of efforts for housing and employment is provided. Residents stay in a one-bedroom, fully furnished apartment (maximum stay is 90 days). Personal and family counseling is available along with case management. The shelter is part of Hope Ministries, Inc.
Hope Family Shelter is part of "Project Hope." With individual and group counseling, residents are equipped with tools that help them become proactive in restoring their spiritual, emotional, occupational, legal, financial, medical and recovery health. Individual treatment plans cultivate self-respect, self-reliance and spiritual direction in order to strengthen families and empower success.

Indigenous Peoples Adjustment Program (IPAP) is a charitable organization in Stockton that provides housing and services to Indigenous communities. IPAPs goal is to improve the quality of living in the community in a more positive way by honoring traditional ways, educational achievement and honoring career achievement to improve family betterment.
IPAP offers housing referrals, job resources, substance abuse programs for entry, detox centers, sacred ceremonies (sweat lodge, round house, etc.), and the use of Red Road Recovery and the Twelve-step programs (AA or NA).

Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency offering affordable and low cost counseling to the Greater Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville areas. Life Practice Counseling Center provides a safe, comfortable, and confidential counseling environment to facilitate self-awareness and increase insight to achieve growth, empowerment, freedom, and healthy choices.
Counseling is available to individuals, couples, families, children and teens. Day, evening and weekend counseling sessions are offered. Both Licensed Therapists and Therapists in Training are supervised by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker while they are collecting hours to obtain their license. Two different sliding scales are offered, one to see a Therapist in Training and one to see a Licensed Therapist. All are based on monthly income or your ability to pay. Currently, counselors that can speak English and Spanish are available.
Life Practice Counseling Group offer professional Trainee, Associate and Licensed Therapists who are knowledgeable and skilled in providing counseling in a individual, marriage, couple, children or group setting. A few services are co-parenting/parenting, emotional regulation, divorce, blended families, addiction, living with addicts, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, LGBTQ, sex, infidelity, domestic violence, anger management, victims of crimes and court ordered.
Transitional recovery homes for women and children. Children must be under 8 years old. No substance use is allowed.
Lily Pad Living is a network of secure and comfortable transitional, sober living environments in Stockton. Transitional living recovery homes for women and children, support, and referrals to community resources for additional support is offered. Clothing and hygiene items are available for those in need. Lily Pad Living offers safe, stable, substance free housing that is furnished, with all utilities, WiFi, and laundry facilities included.
18 years of age or older, opioids are primary drug of choice and addicted to opioids for at least 12 months (there are exceptions, please call to speak with a counselor).
MedMark Treatment Centers Stockton has been providing outpatient addiction treatment services, helping individuals who are dependent on opioids since 2005. The treatment team provides supervised medication assisted treatment with the use of Methadone to assist in the patient’s recovery process.
The treatment team includes a medical director, program director, clinical supervisor, nurses and trained counselors who work with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan based on their specific needs. The team is committed to providing caring and confidential services to help patients lead a more productive and healthy lifestyle.

Narcotics Anonymous (NA) is a nonprofit fellowship/society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem, of recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs.
NA includes a set of simple principles that makes it easy to follow in daily life. There are no initiation fees or dues. Anyone may join regardless of age, race, sexual identity, creed, religion, or lack of religion.
Adult Native American substance-abusing males.
Three Rivers Indian Lodge is a residential recovery program for substance abuse. Three Rivers Indian Lodge also provides outreach services for clients, veterans, youth, and elders. Individual, family, and group counseling to resolve issues around addiction is available. Referrals are also made to local agencies, mental health, wellness centers, health care, and food assistance.
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation contracts with New Directions for treatment beds. These beds are for parolees who have long term substance abuse and criminal issues.
Those on parole are placed by their parole agent. Those funded by grants may be self referred.
Other clients are placed in New Directions by the San Joaquin County Parole Reentry Drug Court, San Joaquin County Post Release Court Supervision Program, and the San Joaquin County Child Protective Services Agency. These CPS men and women are in the process of regaining custody of their children.
New Directions Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program provides treatment to seventy-four men and twenty women. Participants live in dormitories that typically house two people per room.
The mission of New Directions is to teach men and women who have lost control of their lives due to their addiction how to stop substance abuse and how to lead crime free, productive, and happy lives. The treatment program is six months to one year in length.
Clients participate in approximately 55 hours of treatment per week that addresses the following areas:
Clients are assigned an individual counselor for the duration of their stay and participate in lectures, groups, and individual sessions.
Homeless single mothers with custody of at least one child. Must have birth certificate for children and social security cards for all family members entering program. No drugs or alcohol, must pass a drug test.
Raymus House provides shelter for single mothers with their children. Each family has a fully furnished bedroom and shares the living areas and essential chores. Food is provided at no charge. Counseling is available for all residents, including addictive behavior, adult and children’s psychological counseling, and case management.

With individual and group counseling, residents are equipped with tools that help them become proactive in restoring their spiritual, emotional, occupational, legal, financial, medical, and recovery health. San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services provides 24-hour 365-day crisis intervention and psychiatric emergency services to qualifying individuals. Additional services:

Access Managed Care provides telephone linkage to services for individuals in need of mental health and/or substance use treatment. A clinical staff will speak to the caller or caregiver requesting services in order to determine need and eligibility. Upon completion of screening process, individuals can be referred to specialty mental health services, Non specialty mental health services, a substance use treatment program or their identified mental health provider through their health plan.
Must be 18 years of age or older, in need of treatment services for alcohol, drug addiction and/or dependence. Pregnant women are given priority for admission to treatment services.
Substance Abuse Services is responsible for the coordination of alcohol and drug treatment efforts in San Joaquin County. A range of drug and alcohol treatment services are available for residents of San Joaquin County, including outpatient, and residential treatment services.
The mission of San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services Substance Abuse Services is to partner with the community to provide integrated, culturally and linguistically competent substance abuse services to meet the treatment and recovery needs of San Joaquin County residents.
Central Intake is located at 620 North Aurora Street, Suite 6 in Stockton and is where clients complete an assessment. Referrals to the various programs are then made by personnel (i.e. non-medical residential treatment programs and outpatient recovery).

Minor Consent Services assists those who are under 21 years old, living with their parents and have experienced sexual assault, drug or alcohol abuse, pregnancy and/or sexually-transmitted diseases, in establishing Medi-Cal eligibility. The parents of the minor are not involved and it is confidential. A Minor Consent Application can be obtained from the office on 333 East Washington Street, Stockton, CA.
Non-violent defendants, probationers, and parolees charged with simple drug possession or drug use offenses and referred by the District Attorney/Courts.
Proposition 36 is a program that allows for court referrals to substance abuse treatment programs in lieu of jail.

Celebrate Recovery is a faith-based group that utilizes the "8 recovery principles” and the 12-step program to address addictive, compulsive, dysfunctional behaviors.
A large group meets for teaching/personal testimonies followed by separate, small groups for men and women-specific issues such as substance abuse and anger, sex/porn, co-dependency, eating disorders, and childhood issues. Sponsorships/ accountability partners are available to assist with the recovery process.

Service First of Northern California (SFNC) is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Public Benefit Corporation that serves as an umbrella organization and operates ten community based programs. The "Service" focuses on the neediest individuals in the community. Supportive services are provided to individuals that are developmentally disabled, mentally ill, physically disabled, homeless Veterans, Social Security beneficiaries, and those struggling with addiction.

Must be under parole supervision. Priority for individuals within their first year of release from prison.
WestCare California Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming (STOP) offers case management, aftercare services, coordination and transportation to recently released parolees. Intensive case management services are provided for substance abusing parolees through placement, referral and coordination of services to community based treatment after they are released from substance abuse programs within California penal institutions. Placement services are offered in Stockton and Manteca.
