Tracy Community Connections Center (Tracy CCC) provides services and support to Tracy area homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. Services include:

• showers
• emergency shelter placement
• health care application assistance
• document procurement assistance
• rental assistance
• rental deposit assistance
• family reunification
• case management

Tracy CCC’s mobile shower trailer operates Monday and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It is stationed at New Heart Church, 1647 Bessie Ave.in Tracy. TCCC's Navigation Center is open 9:00am to 5:30pm M-F and by appointment.
