St. Joseph's Cancer Institute is the only Accredited Cancer Program in San Joaquin County. SJCI includes a dedicated inpatient oncology department and state of the art Radiation Therapy.

In addition, St. Joseph’s provides cancer support groups and support for patients and families dealing with cancer. The Cancer Center library features books, videos and audio cassettes for anyone seeking information about cancer education, support and recovery. Books, videos and audio tapes are available for checkout. Many workshops are available.

The Navigator Program is available to help anyone with cancer navigate through the journey of cancer from just receiving the news that the biopsy was positive, through the tests, procedures, treatment, follow-up, and long-term survivorship. This program is free to anyone whether newly diagnosed or experiencing a recurrence. Please call (209) 939-4526 or email SJCancerInfo@dignityhealth.org.
