San Joaquin Fair Housing Association ensures equal opportunity in housing, rental, sale or financing without regard to race, creed, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, physical handicap or any arbitrary basis. This is done by providing educational services to tenants and landlords on their rights and responsibilities, providing counseling and referral services, mediating in landlord-tenant disputes and providing outreach and information to low and moderate income residents on housing assistance programs available to them.
