Centre Plate provides health education services, exercise and dance classes (Yoga for Health, Zumba, African Dance, Running, Drumming), gardening and farming classes, and cooking demonstrations. They are committed to helping provide sustainability for years to come and create a healthy eating lifestyle for everyone. Educational class topics include high blood pressure, diabetes and colon health.
