Dennis Alsop, CHT is hosting a free meditation class on Monday nights throughout 2017 at Serendipity Integrative Health Clinic from 6 to 7 pm with time available afterward for discussion. This class will focus on Meditation (Zen, Vipassana, True Meditation) and Atma Vichara (Self Inquiry) for spiritual realization. There will be some discussion and 30 to 45 minutes of meditation.
