The following services are provided at now cost:
- Review of your Medicare Part D Plan to see if we can lower your drug costs
- Review of your drugs to ensure they are safe to take together
- Health screenings and services including: flu vaccine, blood pressure, bone density, cholesterol, diabetes, risk for falls, mental health, asthma, and many more screenings
Please remember to bring your Medicare card and ALL of your medications.
